Request removal of your account and related personal information

You can ask us to delete your Rydora account and the personal data associated with it, subject to legal and operational requirements (for example, records we must keep for fraud prevention, disputes, or tax and regulatory obligations).

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email from the address registered on your Rydora account to support@rydora.com, or use the button below to open your mail app with a template.
  2. Include the email you use to sign in (and, if different, any other email or phone number on the account) so we can verify ownership.
  3. We will confirm receipt and may ask for additional verification before completing deletion.

What happens next

After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize your account and personal data where we are not required to retain it. Some information may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form, or where the law requires retention (for example, certain transaction or safety records).
